These SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern the text-message program operated by Santos Immigration Law, LLC (“Santos Immigration Law,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages from Santos Immigration Law, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Text Message Program
Santos Immigration Law may use text messages to communicate with current and prospective clients regarding:

Other administrative communications related to your interactions with our firm.
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with our office.
2. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box, submitting an applicable form, or otherwise affirmatively opting in to our text-message program, you agree to receive text messages from Santos Immigration Law at the mobile number you provided.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing legal services.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to a message from our firm.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Santos Immigration Law does not control or guarantee carrier rates, coverage, or service availability.
4. Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying: STOP
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages through the program unless you subsequently opt in again.

6. No Legal Advice by Text Message
Text messages from Santos Immigration Law are intended primarily for administrative and client-service communications.
A text message does not constitute legal advice, create an attorney-client relationship, or replace formal communications concerning your legal matter.
Unless specifically instructed by our firm, do not send confidential, privileged, highly sensitive, or time-sensitive legal information through text messaging.
7. Mobile Number Responsibility
You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile telephone number you provide to Santos Immigration Law.
If your telephone number changes, you should notify our office so that we can update our records and prevent communications from being sent to a person who is no longer authorized to receive them.
8. Privacy
Information collected through our text-message program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent your mobile telephone number or text-message consent information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
9. Changes to the SMS Program

Updated SMS Terms will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.
